1. Question: How Can I Upgrade My Membership to be able to write letters to other Members, reply back to their emails to you, have access to our unique Advanced Search, see who has viewed your profile, be able to view photo galleries of other Members, and much much more?
   
   Answer: It’s easy to get all these advanced features, simply log into your account at www.Asians4Asians.com and click on one of the 'Upgrade Your Membership' buttons in the Members area to upgrade your Membership. It couldn’t be easier and you’ll be glad you did!
   
   
   
2. Question: How do I upload a photo to my profile:
   
   

   Answer: To add a photo to your profile.
   1. Please log into your profile: http://www.asians4asians.com/login.html
   2. On the left hand side of your members Area, click the link to 'Edit My Profile'
   3. On the red tabs at the top please click the one that says 'My Pictures'
   4. Then click the link 'Add Images'
   5. Decide if the photo will be the main photo displayed with your profile or
   an additional one that can be seen in your Photo Gallery.
   6. Click the Browse button and find the picture from your computer
   7. Click the button to upload the button and add any caption you like to add with the picture.
   
   

3. Question: If i wish to pay through postal order or through cash for the membership how can i do this
   
   Answer: Unfortunatly, payment can only be made online. We use a very reputable
   company 'Nochex' who are leaders in the field of credit card authorising and
   we are fully Data Protection Registered and have been running as a UK Ltd.
   company for over 5 years. All you need to do is register for free by filling
   in the form then simply upgrade your Membership.

   
   

4. Question: How do I write to a Member:
   
   Answer: To write to a Member you need to do either a quick search or an advanced search, click on the profile you are interested in to view their entire profile then there is a row of 4 buttons on their personal profile page which give you the option to 'wink this member' 'email this user' 'add this user to favourites' 'block this user'. You would click the link to 'email this user'. Then simply write your email and send it.
   
   
   

5. Question: How Much is your Membership cost?:
   
   Answer:      £19.99 for 6 months membership
                   £29.99 for 12 months membership

6. Question: How can I delete my Membership?
   
   Answer: To delete your Membership, simply send us an email at support@asians4asians.com requesting for your Membership to be deleted and we will take care of the rest. You will be emailed and informed once your Membership has been deleted from our systems.
   

7. Question: How come on my profile it says a certain number have visited it but on the right hand side Members navigation it says a different number?
   
   Answer:  When you view your profile, the people that it says that have viewed your profile are from the web in general and not necessarily Members. Anyone visiting www.Asians4Asians.com can do a quick search and view Members profiles before they have actually signed up.  The information on the right that says who has viewed your profile are those who are actually Members from www.Asians4Asians.com that had viewed your profile. When you click that link it will show you those Members from Asians4Asians.com that had viewed your profile.
   

8. Question: Where are you based?
   
   Answer:  We are an established UK lmited company (Company No. 04089846) & have been runnng since 2000. We are fully registered with the Data Protection Agency so you know you can trust us with your details.
